- Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
- Mint Leaves - 1/2 cup
- Green Chilly - 2 or 3 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Peanuts or Chana Dal - 1 tsp (Optional)
Method:
- Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar.
- Grind well using 1 tbsp of water at a time until smooth consistency is obtained.
- Adjust salt and spice level as per taste.
