- Rajma - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
- Green Chilly - 2-3 nos, finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Mint Leaves - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rajma for a minimum of 3 hours to overnight.
- Pressure cook rajma for 5-6 whistles with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt.
- Drain and take rajma in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion, tomato, green chillies, mint leaves, red chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt to taste.
- Mix well to combine.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
