Rajma Salad

Ingredients:
  • Rajma - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
  • Green Chilly - 2-3 nos, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp 
  • Mint Leaves - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Soak rajma for a minimum of 3 hours to overnight.
  • Pressure cook rajma for 5-6 whistles with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. 
  • Drain and take rajma in a mixing bowl.
  • Add onion, tomato, green chillies, mint leaves, red chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt to taste.
  • Mix well to combine. 
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
