Raita / രൈത
Ingredients:
- Onion- 1 small, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 small, finely chopped
- Green Chilly - 3 to 4, finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Whisk curd and keep aside.
- Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, salt, sugar and pepper powder in a mixing bowl and combine well with hands.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes followed by curd. Mix well to combine. Check salt.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
- Let it sit for atleast half an hour to absorb the flavor.
