- Jowar Flour - 1 cup
- Urad Dal - 1/4 cup
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cooked Rice - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Method:
- Wash and soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 1 hour.
- Strain dal and transfer to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste.
- Further add jowar flour along with cooked rice. Grind to a smooth batter.
- Add salt to taste.
- Keep aside for fermentation for 8-10hours or overnight.
- Mix fermented batter well.
- Heat a tawa on medium heat. Drizzle water to check if tawa is hot.
- Spread a ladleful of batter and smear some ghee on top of dosa after 30seconds.
- Cook till done.
