Ingredients:
- Full Fat Milk - 1 glass
- Water - 1 glass
- Tea Leaves - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp (or as desired)
- Cardomom / Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Cloves - 2 pods
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 small
Method:
- Boil water in a saucepan. Add cloves, cardomom powder, cinnamon piece and ginger (chopped/powder).
- Bring it to a boil. Simmer and add tea leaves and sugar.
- Meanwhile boil milk separately.
- When tea leaves comes to boil, and the water becomes half, add the boiled milk.
- Let the milk come to a slow boil on low-medium flame.
- Sieve and serve hot.
