- Thick Curd - 1 cup
- Water - 2 to 3 cups
- Green Chilly - 2 to 3 nos
- Curry Leaves - a few
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala - a pinch (Optional)
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1 (Optional)
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take curd with water in a mixing bowl. Using a electric beater or whisk (I used electric beater), beat well till bubbles appear and to form a lumpfree loose liquid.
- Add finely chopped green chillies, crushed curry leaves, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Whisk well to combine.
- Check salt. If curd is not sour, squeeze in lemon juice as desired.
