- Raw Mango - 1 small
- Green Chilly - 1 to 2 nos
- Salt to taste
- Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
- Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Wash and roughly chop mango and green chillies as per taste to small pieces.
- Using a mortar and pestle, mash the mango pieces in such a way that tiny bits of pieces remain to bite.
- In the same mortar, gently crush green chillies as well (Can be done together or separate).
- Mix everything well to combine. Add hing, salt to taste and drizzle oil on top of the mix. Crush everything well with a fork or fingers. Ready to serve.
- I prefer to use mango which has slightly yellowish flesh and not pure white as tangy+sweet taste is preferred.
