Aval Milk

Ingredients:
  • Roasted Poha - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1 medium
  • Dry fruits (Dates, Cashews, Almonds, Pista)- 1/4 cup 
  • Fruits (Grapes, Mango, Apple etc) - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Kesar - 3 to 4 (Optional)
Method:
  • Mash banana with a fork or spoon adding sugar.  
  • Add it to the serving glass.
  • Finely chop dry fruits and fruits of choice and keep aside. 
  • Further add roasted poha on top of banana followed by finely chopped dry fruits and then fruits. Repeat one more layer.

  • Add milk as required and mix well before serving.
