- Roasted Poha - 1/2 cup
- Banana - 1 medium
- Dry fruits (Dates, Cashews, Almonds, Pista)- 1/4 cup
- Fruits (Grapes, Mango, Apple etc) - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
- Kesar - 3 to 4 (Optional)
- Mash banana with a fork or spoon adding sugar.
- Add it to the serving glass.
- Finely chop dry fruits and fruits of choice and keep aside.
- Further add roasted poha on top of banana followed by finely chopped dry fruits and then fruits. Repeat one more layer.
- Add milk as required and mix well before serving.
