Grape Squash

Ingredients:
  • Grapes - 1 kg
  • Sugar -  1 1/2 kg
  • Tonovin Essence - 2 tsp 
  • Citric Acid - 1/4 tsp
  • Water - 12 cups
Method:
  • Boil 4 cups water with sugar.
  • Boil washed and cleaned grapes in 8 cups water for 15-30minutes. 
  • When cooled to room temperature, add the grapes to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste. 
  • Sieve well and keep aside.

  • Add the puree to the sugar syrup. Bring it to boil again for 20minutes.
  • Add citric acid and stir well. Simmer for 30minutes. 
  • Let it cool down to room temperature. Add Tonovin essence once cooled.
  • Transfer to clean dry bottles. 
Serving suggestion
  •  1/4th portion of syrup with 3/4th portion of water. Mix well and serve.
