- Grapes - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 1/2 kg
- Tonovin Essence - 2 tsp
- Citric Acid - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 12 cups
Method:
- Boil 4 cups water with sugar.
- Boil washed and cleaned grapes in 8 cups water for 15-30minutes.
- When cooled to room temperature, add the grapes to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste.
- Sieve well and keep aside.
- Add the puree to the sugar syrup. Bring it to boil again for 20minutes.
- Add citric acid and stir well. Simmer for 30minutes.
- Let it cool down to room temperature. Add Tonovin essence once cooled.
Serving suggestion:
- Transfer to clean dry bottles.
- 1/4th portion of syrup with 3/4th portion of water. Mix well and serve.
