Ingredients:
  • Raw Mango - 1 cup
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves - a few
  • Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Finely chop mango to a bowl. 
  • Add salt, red chilly powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, hing, crushed curry leaves and mix very well with hands to combine.

  • Add coconut oil and mix well.
