Ingredients:
- Dry Red Chilly as needed
Method 1:
- Spread red chillies in a microwave safe plate.
- Microwave for 2minutes on high power. Take out the plate and mix them well.
- Again microwave for 2minutes and repeat till you get dark brown crispy red chillies. Plate will be very hot after second or third round. Be careful not to burn the hands.
Method 2:
- Heat a kadai on low-medium flame.
- Add the red chillies to the kadai and stir fry well for 5minutes or till you get dark brown crispy chillies.
- Wait for 5minutes to cool down.
- Pulse it in small jar of mixer for couple of times to get flakes.
- Grind longer to get fine powder.
