Thick Curd / Yogurt at home

Ingredients:
  • Whole Milk/ Full Fat Milk - 4 cups
  • Yogurt Culture - 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Boil whole milk in a vessel on medium flame.
  • When milk is boiled, simmer it for 10minutes.
  • Switch off the stove and let it cool down to lukewarm temperature. 
  • Add a tbsp of the yogurt culture to the milk and mix well to combine.
  • Transfer it to a container to set.
  • Place it in a warm place for 4-6 hours or overnight (in colder places) to set.
  • Once set, refrigerate it as otherwise it will turn sour.
