- Whole Milk/ Full Fat Milk - 4 cups
- Yogurt Culture - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil whole milk in a vessel on medium flame.
- When milk is boiled, simmer it for 10minutes.
- Switch off the stove and let it cool down to lukewarm temperature.
- Add a tbsp of the yogurt culture to the milk and mix well to combine.
- Transfer it to a container to set.
- Place it in a warm place for 4-6 hours or overnight (in colder places) to set.
- Once set, refrigerate it as otherwise it will turn sour.
