- Dry Prawns - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilly Flakes - 1 tbsp
- Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - one handful
Method:
- Soak dry prawns in water for an hour or two.
- Clean the prawns, by cutting the head and tail. Wash it in clean water and dry it for few mins.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the cleaned prawns.
- Add salt and red chilli flakes to taste. Add half of the curry leaves.
- Roast on medium flame for 10-15 mins until crispy.
- Add the remaining curry leaves and switch off the stove.
