No Flour No Sugar No Cream Choco Banana Sorbet | 4 Ingredients |


Ingredients:
  • Banana - 2 big, ripe
  • Cashews - 5 to 6 nos
  • Dates - 1 or 2 nos
  • Water - 3 to 4 tbsp and for soaking 
  • Chocolate Powder - 2 tbsp 
Method:
  • Cut banana to thin slices and freeze it overnight or for 5-8hours.


 
  • De-seed dates and soak in few tbsp hot water for few mins till soft. Discard water if in excess.
 
  • Soak cashews in few tbsp hot water for an hour or till soft. Discard water if in excess.
 
  • Add cashews and dates to a blender jar and blend it well to a smooth paste with minimum water.
  • Further add the frozen bananas and blend well to a creamy texture. 
  • Add chocolate powder to this creamy banana mixture and blend everything to combine for 30 seconds. 
  • Transfer to a freezer safe container and garnish with chopped nuts if needed. 
 
  • Wrap it with a foil paper or cling wrap followed by airtight lid. Freeze it for 6-8hours or till set.
  • Enjoy healthy guilt-free dessert!
