Ingredients:
- Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
- Warm Water - 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 to 2 tbsp
- Chilled Milk - 1 to 2 cups
- Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla Ice-cream - 1 scoop
Method:
- Dissolve coffee powder in water.
- Transfer the coffee mixture to ice tray and freeze it till set.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence to a serving glass along with 3-4tbsp of milk. Stir well to dissolve.
- Add at-least 2 coffee cubes to the glass depending on the strength of coffee mixture. Add ice cubes as well.
- Pour in rest of the chilled milk to fill the cup and top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream and chocolate powder to garnish.
