- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt - 4.5 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
Method:
- Heat a pan on medium flame for 2minutes.
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt well. Add yogurt and knead to a smooth dough for a minute or two.
- Roll the dough using a rolling pin to a size to fit inside the pan. Do not roll it too thick or too thin. (Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness)
- Add a tbsp of oil and brush everywhere on the base and sides of the pan.
- Place the pizza base on the pan and cook for 2minutes on medium flame.
- Flip the pizza base when the bottom side is cooked well to golden brown evenly.
- Apply pizza sauce on the cooked side of the base (now on top) followed by toppings and cheese.
- Cover and cook for 2-3minutes or until cheese is all melted.
