- Methi leaves - 1 bunch
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cups
- Water - 1 1/8 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and finely chop Methi leaves and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Add water to the mixing bowl along with oil.
- Mix well.
- Add atta to it and knead to a smooth dough like chapathi.
- Keep aside for 15mins.
- Pinch lemon sized dough balls and roll to a thin chapathi.
- Heat tawa and cook on both sides by applying ghee/butter as preferred.
- Serve hot with curd/pickle.
