Terms of Service - vinniskitchen

Order Policy

All orders must be placed before the specified cutoff times (Sunday 12:00 PM for Tuesday pickup, Wednesday 10:00 PM for Friday pickup). Orders placed after cutoff times will not be accepted for that week.

Payment

Payment can be made via cash, Zelle, or Venmo at the time of pickup. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount for your order.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified before the cutoff time. Once the cutoff time has passed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as food preparation has begun.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the designated location and time. Orders not picked up within the specified timeframe may not be eligible for refund.

Food Safety

All food is prepared fresh in a home kitchen environment with strict hygiene and food safety practices. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

Liability

vinniskitchen is not liable for any adverse reactions to food. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order.
